    Full body workouts are proven more effective than split routines… It’s not isolation of each body part its compound lifts like squats deadlift bench press dips pullups etc… you guys got it all wrong

Question: What are the warning signs and causes of dizziness or feeling faint during workouts, symptoms?     I don’t agree completely, as a beginner you can you a full body workout: squats, deadlifts, benchpress, pull-ups, shoulder press and maybe calve raises and your done. After maybe a half year do a pull/push split. After some time you can think about a 3 split.

    The point of full body workout for beginners is only in compound exercises. It should take you longer then an hour. 3 sets of Squats, 3 Sets of Bench Press, 3 Sets of Miletary press, 3 sets of pullups and maybe 1 or 2 isolation excersises.
