MAN URE PRETTY BIG!
ya a lil bit …lmao
Cardio will only affect you’re muscle growth if you burn too many calories. And eat too little calories. If you eat enough it shouldnt be a problem.
YEAH BUDDAY!!! LIGHT WEIGHT!!!
YEE Ronnie : )
@SuperShMark Neither really…Its not just that simple, its a combination of things. For instance, lets say you did 2 hours of cardio a day and your caloric intake to maintain your size was 2000 calories a day….If you ate 4000 calories a day your cardio wouldn’t do anything, you would still gain weight.
Its about 3 things…Cardio, diet, and training. Without all three it would be impossible to reach your goals..You just have to figure out your goals then figure a plan to reach those goals
@SuperShMark The best way to gain muscle and do cardio would be to do one of two things:
1: Lift weights 3-6 times a week, doing cardio AFTER you lift.
2: Lift weights 3 times a week, ie monday, wednesday, friday. Run on tuesday, thursday, and saturday, and take sunday off.
Either one works really, just depends on your schedule and preference on how to do it.
he forgot to mention dbol n test
@kicasmeker ???… wtf
I was really waiting for this one (BUDDAAYY!)
“LIGHT WEIGHT!!” lol
met Ronnie back in November of last year.very nice guy and even more ripped in person.lol
What’s wrong with his upper lil?!?!?
@SuperShMark It’s very different for girls and for guys. If you wan’t to bulk up, you need a calorie excess, and cardio will only make that harder. I suggest you google liam rosen’s fitness guide (I cant post a link) and then look up a basic weights routine like Stronglifts 5×5 or Starting Strength
@BbOypUlSeFOO Haha he prolly did
@darkerca haha i think he hinted it at the end when he said “yeah, if you take the right “one”. hahahaha
please make a comeback!
how can anyone who works out not be inspired by big ron???
AINT NOTHIN BUT A PEEEAAAANUT!
@MrsSilverBunny I know it does’nt build muscle , im just wondering if i cardio 30-60mins a day will make me lose muscle and become super skinny? atm im fit not overweight or underweight i want to bulk up more but worried if i over run it will make me skinny and lose muslce?
It Was All light Weight For Me !!
!
@SuperShMark running is cardio. i’m a girl and i only do cardio exercises so it doesn’t build muscle, it sheds fat.
Ronnie should have some facial hair goin.
@blinkblinkblinkkdd i thought it was yeah buddy
600 g of protein per day! Is that a world record?
6, 4, 2 reps for strength, 10, 15 20 reps for muscle.. it was all lightweight for me though
Gotta love Ronnie
