  2. JPnijmegen says:

Cardio will only affect you’re muscle growth if you burn too many calories. And eat too little calories. If you eat enough it shouldnt be a problem.

  5. danesters says:

@SuperShMark Neither really…Its not just that simple, its a combination of things. For instance, lets say you did 2 hours of cardio a day and your caloric intake to maintain your size was 2000 calories a day….If you ate 4000 calories a day your cardio wouldn’t do anything, you would still gain weight.

Its about 3 things…Cardio, diet, and training. Without all three it would be impossible to reach your goals..You just have to figure out your goals then figure a plan to reach those goals

  6. truejeebus says:

@SuperShMark The best way to gain muscle and do cardio would be to do one of two things:
1: Lift weights 3-6 times a week, doing cardio AFTER you lift.
2: Lift weights 3 times a week, ie monday, wednesday, friday. Run on tuesday, thursday, and saturday, and take sunday off.
Either one works really, just depends on your schedule and preference on how to do it.

What’s wrong with his upper lil?!?!?

  13. huggy3ear says:

@SuperShMark It’s very different for girls and for guys. If you wan’t to bulk up, you need a calorie excess, and cardio will only make that harder. I suggest you google liam rosen’s fitness guide (I cant post a link) and then look up a basic weights routine like Stronglifts 5×5 or Starting Strength
